Three Approval Emails
Before printing begins, you will receive three separate email confirmations for final approval. These will include all details regarding text, logos, and layout. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm each detail.
Final Approval
Once the final approval is received and printing begins, the order is considered final.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our business cards, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the printing process has started.
Reordering Due to Errors
If an error is found after printing or shipment, a new order must be placed, and the approval process will restart.
